Refund policy

Thank you for your order from Charming Trinkets Scoops!

Due to the nature of our Scoop options, all sales are **final**. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind or preference. 

We do, however, want you to be happy with your purchase! If an item arrives **damaged or missing**, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo. We will happily replace the item or issue a partial refund if replacement isn't possible.

For exchanges requested for other reasons, please note that shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
