What is a Mystery Scoop?
- A Mystery Scoop is a curated assortment of trinkets, plush keychains, accessories, stationery, and other surprise items. Each scoop is selected and packed by hand. Every scoop is unique and items will vary based on available inventory.

How many items come in a scoop?
- Item quantities vary depending on size, value, and weight
- Approximate ranges:
- Mystery Scoop: 12-15 items
- Large Mystery Scoop: 20-30 items
- Non-Character Scoop: 12-15 items
- Color-Themed Scoop: 12-15 items
- Items counts may differ slightly between orders.

Can I request certain characters, colors, or themes?
- Preferences may be request at checkout using the order note box.
- Please Note: each scoop purchase is limited to 3 substitutions
- We do our best to accommodate preferences when inventory allows, however request are not guaranteed.
- Mystery Scoops will not be exchanged or repacked due to preference.
What age are the mystery boxes recommended for?
- Recommended for ages 4+ due to small parts. Adult supervision recommended for younger children. Mystery boxes are primarily designed for children who enjoy cute stationery, plushies, and small trinkets.
Do all orders come with a TikTok packing video?
- Not all orders are guaranteed to be filmed or posted. Some orders may be selected for TikTok packing videos based on filming schedule, inventory flow, and content planning. Customers may leave a note requesting to be considered for filming, however filming requests are not guaranteed.
Are Mystery Scoops refundable?
- Due to the nature of scoop products:
- All Scoops are final sale.
- Returns, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted for:
- personal preference
- duplicates
- item style or color
- theme or aesthetic
- "not what I expected"
- This policy is standard for scoop-based products.
What if an item arrives damaged or missing?
- If your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- We require:
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of the packaging
- your order number
- If confirmed, we will provide:
- a replacement item of similar value, or
- a partial refund if a replacement is not available
- Full order refunds are not provided unless the majority of items were affected.
What is your processing & shipping time?
- Processing time allows for packing and recording.
- Orders ship within 3-5 business days.
- Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
- Processing may be extended during restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods.
Are your items licensed or authentic?
- Our shop carries a mix of:
- licensed products
- non-licensed novelty items
- kawaii-style decorative trinkets
- Licensed or branded items are not guaranteed unless stated.
- If you prefer non-character items, please leave a note at checkout.
Where do you ship from?
- All orders ship from the United States.
- We currently ship within the US only and do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I change my shipping address?
- Address changes may be requested before your order ships.
- Once shipped, we are unable to redirect packages. Please confirm your address carefully before checking out.
My tracking says "Delivered" but I didn't receive it.
- Once a package is marked deliver by the carrier, we are unable to provide replacements or refunds.
- If this occurs, please check:
- Household members
- Neighbors
- Alternate delivery areas
- Local post office
- You may file a missing mail claim with USPS if needed.
